.
Selecting the value in the Old column will copy it to the New column without having to type it in manually.
9. When confirming stock it is important to ensure you check the quantity you are confirming, some items come in packages containing multiple single items.
Example below, Flour - Plain, comes in a package of 6 bags weighing 1.5kg each.
Note: Please be sure to read the pack sizes
If the pack size is not complete (e.g. you only have 3 bags of flour), this needs to be entered as a decimal e.g. 0.5 as it is 1/2 if the total 6 bags in a box.
Note: The decimal can be worked out by dividing the number you have by the complete packet size , e.g. the 3 that you still have by the 6 in a total pack (3/6=0.5).
If the decimal isn't an exact number available in the entry screen, e.g. if you had 5 bags of flour out of the 6 available (5/6=0.83) then round down to 0.75.
10. Once 1 supplier stock is complete, press the back arrow along the bottom of the Cypad to return to the suppliers list.
11. When doing stock take for Birtwisles only select Delivery One - Birtwisles.

Note: Please read the Pack Sizes under the item name to see how the items is priced.
For items priced by KG, when entering a value into the New column you are entering how many KG you have, NOT how many individual items you have. Example below, Chipolata Sausages RT/FA (approx 40 per KG), if you had 1 pack of 40 sausages you enter a 1 value in the new column NOT 40. If you only had 20 sausages (half a pack) enter 0.5 as the value in the New column.
Other items are priced individually, for example Chicken Fillets are priced by the single fillet which can weigh between 57-60g. For these items enter the number you have NOT the weight.
