Emails from Bidfood once you’ve sent an order.
The following provides guidance on what email notifications you should expect to receive once you’ve
submitted your order.

1. Your order in on its way.
On the day of your delivery you should receive an email, similar to the screenshot below, confirming:
a. That your delivery has been dispatched from the depot.
b. The order number.
c. Delivery address.
d. Link so you can actively track the progress of your delivery.
2. Order has been complete without substitutions or changes.
On completion of delivery, you should receive an email confirming that your order has been
delivered and that there were no substitutions made.

3. Order has been complete with substitutions or changes.
On completion of delivery, you should receive an email confirming that your order has been
delivered and that what substitutions or changes were made e.g. if 10 of an item were ordered but
only 8 arrived.
Note: Please do not reply to these emails, as the reply will NOT be picked up. Raise any delivery
issues through the normal channels.
